I found this adorable book last week while volunteering at the library and it practically jumped out at me and begged me to read it. It's the tale of a cute little kitty who sees his first full moon and is certain that it is, in fact, a bowl of milk. So the kitten tries to pounce at it and drink... but winds up in a pond instead. But the kitten tries again... and again... and again. No matter how much trying goes on, the bowl of milk is still too far away to get to!

The story is simple yet fun. The end is adorable, sweet, and satisfying. The art is cute with just enough detail; I love the nighttime feel using all blacks, grays, and whites.
