Aw. Now that the whole Tahl story arc is over, we return to what I like best--Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon working together on a Jedi mission. Obviously, Qui-Gon is still dealing with some stuff. And Obi-Wan wants to offer sympathy but doesn't know how to do it exactly. The case that they're on--helping a woman reveal secrets about her deceased husband's family's illegal operations. She's a witness trying to get her hands on enough evidence to take them down. However, her loss is recent, so Qui-Gon angsts a bit because of his recent loss.

I really enjoyed this book (a welcome change from the last few I disliked). And the ending was wonderful. Just what I'd hoped for.
