I got this book as a gift from crrcookie, because I adore the Harry Potter series. I took it from the US to the UK with me. I looked silly as an adult reading such a thin little book on the plane, but it was worth it!

I finished reading this book while on vacation in the Lake District of England. I found it to be a very interesting look at JKR's life. I am a fan of Harry Potter, but there were a couple stories in this book I had never heard before, and I really enjoyed this look at JRK's life before and during the Harry Potter craze.

I took it to Platform 9 3/4 to release, then realized wild releasing in a public train station monitored by CCTV was a BAD idea. So I gave it to my tour guide of a Harry Potter tour I was on at the time instead.
