Okay, I'm officially madly in love with this series! I like the characters more and more and LOVE how realistic they are. If I were them, I'd totally want to have my home saved... but can't we just call the kids from the other book series and have them come help us? They know what they're doing; we don't! heehee

It was exciting reading this library book because I was the first ever person to get this copy before it got into circulation. I felt very special and honored :-)

I liked all the little twists and turns and sympathized with Nick the whole way through. Oh! Sandspur! What a cute little guy- he's going to be fun to have around in future books, I can tell, what with his frustrations and grumpiness and his knowledge. Very interesting albeit useful character.

I liked the developments with Jules & Cindy (that's her name, right?) though that was sort of an obvious place for the story to go (no way could Nick and Lauren handle something this big all on their own).

The story had me going the whole time, wondering what would happen next. I worried and cheered along with the characters. And then the very end TOTALLY caught me by surprise. So obvious, maybe, but I never saw it coming! Bravo, dear authors!

Can't wait for the third book now! OMG What's going to happen?!
