Hellblazer: Hard Time
by Brian Azzarello, Richard Corben
I read three hellblazer graphic novels at once and kind of out of order. I think I read this one last, after one where he got out of prison. So getting to this one made a little more sense. The problem was, I didn't care for some of the art styles in it as much.
I loved seeing how John Costantine managed behind bars, especially with his gifts and his morals. Sure, it was what you might expect from a prison story, cliches and all. But I enjoyed it for what it was anyway. It's actually been quite some time since I read this, so I can't put in as many details as I wish I could. It was another good chapter in my understanding of Constantine, though.
