Book Sale #1: Day #1
Apr. 30th, 2009 09:45 pmI took off work today and went to my local library book sale. Not a great selection this year, and I bought too many "expensive" nonfiction books. But not too bad because I found a few books on my wish list!
So I bought 28 books for $61. Not that great, but I was going for quality over quantity today. It was the $13 of audio books that killed me. But they're all such lovely books-- how did I live without them before? heehee I'm SO excited about Rose Red & Open Net, both of which were on various Wish Lists of mine. And the Star Wars graphic novel was an especially cool find. I was over the moon about the Dr Who Annual, though. I have the first story already in pdf because they released it on one of the DVDs of season 2 or 3 episodes (the Zarbi storyline). It was so great to see it in the original volume and now there are a bunch of other stories to read, too! Totally rocks my world :-)
EDIT:
Meep! I forgot 4 other books I bought there!
