  • Stargate: The Ark of Truth (DVD. OMG OMG OMG!)

Seriously an amazing trip. The last 4 on the list were on various wishlists of mine. I'm SO excited about so many of these. I feel SO lucky to have acquired them :-) I passed up a few things (like a volume 1 omnibus of Maupin's 28 Barbary Lane which I DON'T need because I have all of the beginning of the series on Mt. TBR already). I was just getting ready to leave and walking past the table by the door when I saw the copy of Boy Culture. I gasped out loud (not very loud--not loud enough to be a squee-- but definitely loud enough). The woman coming up next to me laughed and said something like "something special?" I told her it was on a wish list of mine and I'd been dying to read it. She said it was great to see someone so excited and great to know there were still gems of books hidden in the sale (which had only been going on an hour and a half at that point). The only thing that would have made it perfect was if I'd found an oversided paperback edition of Flying Colors to match my existing set. But otherwise, it was fantastic. And there was a huge manga selection this time around (missing from the sale yesterday) but it was all for really young kids. Maybe I shouldn't have passed up the Inuyasha books, but oh well. Did I mention I got a STARGATE MOVIE DVD????!!

33 books for $42.50. Definitely, definitely awesome for what I bought.
